Last updated: August 2026

1. Our Commitment to Privacy

We collect, use, disclose and safeguard personal information under our control in a reasonable manner consistent with applicable privacy laws and our professional obligations as a Chartered Professional Accountant firm.

2. Personal Information We May Collect

Depending on your inquiry or the services requested, we may collect your name, email address, telephone number, information submitted through our website consultation form, tax, accounting and financial records, and other information reasonably required to provide professional services.

Where needed, we will provide a more appropriate method for exchanging sensitive information.

3. How We Use Personal Information

We may use personal information to respond to inquiries and consultation requests, assess whether we can accept an engagement, provide accounting, tax and related professional services, communicate with clients, prepare authorized filings and responses to government authorities, administer billing and records, and comply with legal, regulatory and professional obligations.

4. Consent

We obtain consent for the collection, use and disclosure of personal information where required by law. Information voluntarily submitted through our website or otherwise provided to us may be processed for the purposes communicated to you or reasonably related to your inquiry or request.

5. Disclosure of Personal Information

We do not sell personal information. Information may be disclosed where reasonably necessary to provide authorized professional services, to service providers supporting our operations, or where disclosure is required or permitted by law or professional obligations.

6. Safeguarding Personal Information

We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards appropriate to the sensitivity of the information to protect personal information against unauthorized access, use, disclosure, loss or modification. No method of electronic transmission or storage can, however, be guaranteed to be completely secure.

7. Website Forms and Electronic Communications

Information submitted through our consultation form is processed so that we can respond to your inquiry and may be delivered to us by email notification. WPForms Lite itself does not use visitor tracking cookies for ordinary form submissions or collect IP addresses and browser/device details. If WPForms' optional Lite Connect backup feature is enabled, encrypted form submissions may also be backed up on WPForms infrastructure. We do not currently intentionally deploy Google Analytics or advertising pixels on this website. WordPress, hosting, security and performance functions may nevertheless generate technical information or server logs, such as IP address, browser type and request time, as part of normal website operation. If we later introduce analytics, advertising or additional tracking technologies, this policy will be updated.

9. Retention and Disposal

Personal information is retained only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes for which it was collected and to satisfy applicable legal, tax, regulatory and professional record-retention requirements. Information that is no longer required is securely deleted, destroyed or anonymized as appropriate.

10. Access and Correction
